Delete your Codex account

One Codex account works in every Codex app: Clinica, Clinical History, Dentify, SalesHub and the others. Deleting it removes the account and everything saved in it, in every app and on every device. It cannot be undone.

In any Codex app: open Settings, then Account, then Delete my account. Or do it here:

What is deleted

• Your sign-in and your profile (name and picture).
• Everything the apps saved in your account: records, notes, photos and settings.
• Your devices, notification settings, messages to support, app requests and votes.

What is kept

• Order records and payment receipts, for accounting.
• Free-trial records (a coded device fingerprint), so each device gets one free trial.
• A note that the account was deleted: its email and the date.
