This Privacy Policy applies to the Codex family of Android apps published by Codex App Archive ("we", "us", "our"), including Codex (the app catalog) and every individual app listed inside it:
These apps share one account system and one Firebase backend project, so this single policy covers all of them. Where an app collects something the others don't, that's called out below.
Each app stores whatever you enter into it (for example: patient-history practice cases in Clinical History, dental charting entries in Dentify, planner entries, vault items, and so on) locally on your device first, and syncs it to your account so it's available if you sign in on another device. This content is never read by us except as needed to operate the sync service, and is never sold or shared with third parties.
Subscriptions are currently paid via USDT (crypto wallet transfer), Zain Cash, or Super Qi — not Google Play Billing. When you submit an order, we store the amount, the payment method/network you selected, and (if you upload one) a screenshot of your payment confirmation, so an administrator can verify and approve it. We do not collect card numbers, bank account details, or wallet private keys — you send payment directly through your own wallet or mobile-money app, outside of ours.
No advertising identifiers, no third-party analytics SDKs, no location tracking, no contacts or call-log access, no background tracking of any kind.
All account, content, and order data is stored on Google Firebase (Firestore, Realtime Database, and Cloud Storage), transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Some settings and a local cache of your content are also stored directly on your device so the app keeps working offline.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only accessed by Codex App Archive administrators for the purposes described above (account support, payment verification, and technical operation of the service).
Your account and its content are retained for as long as your account exists. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below — we will delete your account, orders, and stored content within a reasonable time.
Clinical History and Dentify are documentation and educational practice tools. They do not provide diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or medical advice, and are not intended to store real patient records. Any clinical text these apps generate reflects only information you have typed in — it never infers, assumes, or fabricates clinical findings. Do not enter real, identifiable patient information into these apps.
These apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Clinical History additionally offers an optional on-device PIN lock. Security rules on our backend restrict each account to reading and writing only its own data.
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change accordingly. Continued use of the apps after a change means you accept the updated policy.
