Open any app on codex.ong and tap Download for Android. The file downloads straight away, then Android asks you to allow the install.

Browse apps
This app installs on Android phones and tablets. On a Windows PC, get Clinica for Windows; on iPhone, use the website.
Android shows two prompts the first time: allow installs from this source, and a Play Protect "scan this app" prompt, because the app isn't from Google Play. Both are normal for apps installed outside the Play Store. Choose Allow, then Scan (or Install anyway).
